Purchase Agreement:
1. The seller guarantees that the dog has been vet
checked and has been deemed to be in
good health by a licensed veterinarian. A current record
of vaccinations, worming, dewclaw removal, and tail
docking will be provided at the time of sale. Seller will
refund 100% of the purchase price if the buyer has the
dog vet checked within 3 working days of purchase and a
licensed veterinarian deems the dog to be unhealthy.
The dog must be immediately returned to the seller (at
the buyers expense) if such a condition occurs with a
letter of certification from the vet.
2. Seller will provide an AKC registration form within 2
weeks of the time of sale so that the dog may be
registered with the American Kennel Club. All pups are
sold to pet only homes , breeding rights may be given on
an individual basis.
3. Buyer agrees to notify and give the seller first right of
refusal if they are no longer able to keep the dog for the
duration of the dogs life. Seller will find the returned dog
a home for life, no monies shall be exchanged.
4. Buyer agrees to furnish reasonable veterinary care for
the dog, to include vaccinations, worming, heartworm
preventative treatment, and other care as deemed
reasonable by the dog's veterinarian.
5. Seller agrees to sell the dog for the amount of
$________________________________. All payments
must be in cash, cashier's check or certified check.
6. Buyer agrees to pay $________ non-refundable
deposit for the dog, and agrees to pay the balance of the
purchase price before receiving the dog.
7. The buyer agrees to provide a loving and safe home
for this puppy. The puppy shall be provided with
appropriate shelter and safety at all times. Fenced in
yards are preferred to unfenced properties. Obedience
classes are recommended and ample exercise is a must.
