Sale Terms and Conditions
A $100.00 non refundable deposit is required to hold your puppy until it reaches 8
weeks of age. Puppies are chosen on a first come first serve basis.
Rock Point Kennel's puppies are AKC registered. Puppies are wormed, tails are
docked, dew claws are removed. Puppies are given an overall vet check and their first
puppy shots at 7 weeks of age.
With a clean bill of health and their current vet records the puppies are ready to be
placed in their new homes. Rock Point Kennels guarantees that our puppies are in
good health at the time of transfer and are free from communicable diseases; parvo,
distemper or kennel cough for 3 days from date of transfer. We will not be
responsible for any communicable disease contracted after the puppy leaves us.
Puppies can go to their new homes when they are 8 weeks old. Weather permitting
puppies may be shipped via Delta Airlines. Cost usually runs around $300.00 which
includes airline cost, crate, blanket, toy and health certificate.
We required you to take your new puppy to a vet within 3 business days after you
receive your puppy. If your vet finds the puppy to be in poor health the puppy must be
returned immediately with a certified letter from your vet, at the buyers expense. You
have your choice of a refund of the original puppies sales price or a replacement
puppy when they become available. All AKC paper must also be returned.
Rock Point Kennels also guarantees your puppy for 1 year from date of purchase
against hereditary and congenital disorders that may interfere with your pets ability
to lead a normal life. If such an even occurs Rock Point Kennels will replace your pet,
when a puppy becomes available, or a cash refund can be requested provided you
supply me a certified letter from your vet stating the defect or disease and that there is
no possibility of any other cause such as accidents etc. Puppy and AKC papers must be
returned to Rock Point Kennels at the buyers expense.
